Introduction This Applicant Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal information of individuals applying for employment with Mynt Dental Bolingbrook LLC, Mynt Dental Franklin Park LLC, Mynt Dental Racin LLC, and Alpina Dental MP LLC (collectively doing business as "Mynt Dental" and "Alpina Dental," and hereafter referred to as "the Practices," "we," "us," or "our").

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure Because our practices operate across multiple locations in Illinois and Wisconsin, your applicant data may be shared internally among our affiliated LLCs and hiring managers to match you with the best available opportunities.

We may also share your data with trusted third-party service providers (such as our Applicant Tracking System) strictly to facilitate the hiring process. These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.

5. Strict SMS Privacy Policy (Mobile Information) We strictly respect your communication privacy. If you opt-in to receive SMS text messages regarding your job application:

  • We collect your phone number strictly for the purpose of communicating with you regarding your application and the recruitment process.

  • No Mobile Data Sharing: All mobile information you share with us will remain confidential. We will absolutely not share, sell, rent, or distribute your mobile number or SMS consent data to any third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

6. Data Retention and Security We implement reasonable security measures to protect your applicant data from unauthorized access. We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the recruitment process or as required by applicable state and federal employment laws.
