1. Acceptance of Terms: By submitting an application for employment, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions established by Mynt Dental Bolingbrook LLC, Mynt Dental Franklin Park LLC, Mynt Dental Racin LLC, , Alpina Dental MP LLC, and other related entities (collectively doing business as "Mynt Dental" and "Alpina Dental").
2. Accuracy of Information You certify that all information provided in your application, resume, interviews, and any other recruitment materials is true, complete, and accurate. You understand that any false statements, omissions, or misrepresentations may result in the immediate rejection of your application or, if already hired, immediate termination of employment.
3. No Guarantee of Employment Submitting an application or participating in the interview process does not guarantee an interview, an offer of employment, or create an employment contract of any kind.
4. At-Will Employment Any employment relationship established with the Practices is strictly on an "at-will" basis. This means that, if hired, either you or the employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, subject to applicable laws in Illinois and Wisconsin.
5. SMS Text Messaging Terms and Conditions By providing your phone number and explicitly opting in during the application process, you agree to receive SMS text messages from our hiring team regarding your job application, interview scheduling, and recruitment updates.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our team and the status of your application.
Pricing: We do not charge for this service; however, standard Message and Data Rates May Apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message, and we will cease sending SMS communications.

Carrier Liability: Supported mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Acceptable Use of Application Portal You agree to use our application portal solely for the purpose of seeking employment. You may not use the system to upload malicious software, submit spam, or provide data belonging to another person without their explicit authorization.
